Primates

Numerous and varied from many parts of the World these fun loving creatures are popular with most animal lovers. There are many sub-species of Baboon (including Gelada Baboons from the Ethiopian Highlands and Guinea Baboons from Africa, as well as those well known Baboons from ‘The Rock of Gibralter’. Langurs of different types come from diverse locations such as South America, South East Asia and Malaysia, Colobus are African as are Debrazzas and Drills. All Lemur species are native to Madagascar. There are far too many smaller primates (monkeys) to mention here but you will find some of them here from time to time.
